Loaded Baked Potato Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Spray a 13 x 9 inch Baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  3. Combine evaporated milk, water, butter, potato slices and sauce mix in a 5-quart pot.
  4. Cook over medium heat, just until mixture comes to a boil.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in sour cream and chives or green onions.
  7. Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
