Chocolate Crispy Bites

• 2 tbsp butter
• 150 grams violet crumble or chocolate honeycomb .
• 50 grams milk choc bits
• 3 cup rice bubbles
• 1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles .

1. in a heat proof bowl over a pot of simmering water , melt the butter , chocolate and violet crumble together until completely melted and smooth .
2. add the rice bubbles to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well to coat all well .
3. add the chocolate sprinkles to the mix and mix to combine .
4. Place heaped spoonful of the mixture into patty paper on a tray and place into the refrigerator to set .
5. enjoy .
