Toffee Pecan Drops
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. toffee bits
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine flour and baking soda; set aside.
- Beat butter with an electric mixer until fluffy, 1 minute.
- Add sugars and beat until smooth, 2 minutes.
- Add egg, milk, and vanilla, then beat to combine.
- Add flour mixture and mix until moistened.
- Stir in toffee and pecans into dough.
- Spoon onto an ungreased baking sheet in rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart and bake 10 to 12 minutes.
