Toffee Pecan Drops

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine flour and baking soda; set aside.
  2. Beat butter with an electric mixer until fluffy, 1 minute.
  3. Add sugars and beat until smooth, 2 minutes.
  4. Add egg, milk, and vanilla, then beat to combine.
  5. Add flour mixture and mix until moistened.
  6. Stir in toffee and pecans into dough.
  7. Spoon onto an ungreased baking sheet in rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart and bake 10 to 12 minutes.
