Hamburger Stroganoff
- 4 oz. noodles
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook noodles; drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef and drain off grease.
- Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms.
- Add beef and cook for a few minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour, tomato sauce, bouillon and a dash of salt and pepper.
- Simmer 10 minutes; remove from heat.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Add noodles; pour into greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered, at 375u0b0 for 25 minutes.
- Serves 6.
