Rum Or Bourbon Balls Recipe

• 1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
• 1 c. confectioners' sugar
• 1 c. minced pecans
• 2 tbsp. cocoa, unsweetened
• 2 tbsp. light corn syrup
• 1/4 c. rum or possibly bourbon
• 1/2 c. sugar

1. Mix ingredients, except sugar.
2. Roll mix into 1 inch balls.
3. Roll balls in granulated sugar.
4. Chill.
