Crab Cakes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 cup breadcrumbs, plus breadcrumbs for coating
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 cup cream or 12 cup milk
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups flaked crabmeat or 2 cups jumbo crabmeat
- 1 cup oil (for frying)
- Heat on high until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Remove and place in refrigerator for 1 hour or until cold.
- Form into patties, bread and fry until golden brown.
