Alma Mater

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the hulled strawberries.
  2. Add the whiskey, Aperol, vermouth, bitters and lemon juice.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the strawberry slice.
