Mapo Tomato
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 g ground meat
- 30 g garlic chive
- 1/2 clove ginger
- 1/4 clove garlic
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- Prepare the ingredients: Rougly dice the tomato, cut garlic chive into 3cm, finely chop garlic, green onion and ginger
- Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan, add ground meat and stir a while then put garlic, ginger, doubanjiang, green onion.
- Add the tare(1/4 cup of water, 1 tbsp of sake, 2 tsp of soy sauce) along with the tomato and simmer.
- Add starch and water, put garlic chive and simmer.
