Mapo Tomato

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Rougly dice the tomato, cut garlic chive into 3cm, finely chop garlic, green onion and ginger
  2. Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan, add ground meat and stir a while then put garlic, ginger, doubanjiang, green onion.
  3. Add the tare(1/4 cup of water, 1 tbsp of sake, 2 tsp of soy sauce) along with the tomato and simmer.
  4. Add starch and water, put garlic chive and simmer.
