Lemon Pineapple Mojito

• 3 ounces Bacardi Limon
• 3 ounces bacardi big apple liqueur
• 3 fresh pineapple chunks (1 inch)
• 6 ounces club soda (or Ginger Ale)
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 12 mint sprigs
• 12 fresh lime

1. In blender, mix the sugar, fresh pineapple, mint and lime.
2. Slowly add Bacardi Limon and Big Apple.
3. Top off with club soda and stir well.
4. Serve over ice.
