Cold Asparagus With Pecans

  1. Blanch asparagus.
  2. Arrange in oblong serving dish.
  3. Mix oil, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.
  4. Pour over asparagus.
  5. May be prepared the night before.
  6. Sprinkle with pecans and pepper before serving.
