Impossible Taco Pie

• 1 lb. ground hamburger
• 1 (1 1/2 oz.) envelope taco seasoning mix
• 1 1/2 c. milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
• 1/2 c. chopped onion
• 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chile peppers, drained
• 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
• 2 tomatoes, sliced

1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
2. Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
3. Brown beef and onions.
4. Drain and stir in seasoning mix.
5. Spread in pie plate and sprinkle with chiles.
6. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth (1 minute with hand mixer).
7. Pour on top of other mixture.
8. Bake 25 minutes and top with chopped tomatoes and cheese.
9. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer.
10. Remove and let cool for 10 minutes.
11. Top with extra cheese, tomatoes and lettuce, either in layers or in a circle.
12. Serve with sour cream.
