Saucy Asian Meatballs
- 940 grams Ground Beef
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 128 grams Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 5 thinly sliced spring onions
- 2 eggs
- 7 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 6 tbsp White wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 a bunch of toasted sesame seeds and sliced spring onions
- Preheat oven to 250F Celsius
- In a large bowl mix together meatball ingredients until well combined.
- Shape into balls to a size pf your liking.
- Place the balls in a baking dish
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink on the inside
- While the meatbalss are baking, wisk together all the sauce ingredients until blended.
- Once meatballs finish cooking, ypu can eother dip the meatballs in the sauce with a toothpick or you can pour the sauce over the meatballs.
- Serve warm and garnish with toastes sesame seeds and scallion if desired.
