Chicken Spaghetti

  1. Boil hen until tender; add water to make 2 quarts.
  2. Set aside. Cut onions, celery, pepper and garlic.
  3. Cover and simmer until tender.
  4. Put paste, tomatoes, veggies and 2 cups broth in heavy pan.
  5. Cook slowly for 2 to 3 hours.
  6. Add peas and all other ingredients.
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. Add water to make 2 quarts.
  9. Bring to a boil.
  10. Add spaghetti and cut up chicken.
  11. Mix well.
  12. Bake in covered roaster in medium oven until hot.
  13. Serve with grated cheese.
