Crock Pot Potato Soup Recipe
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frzn hash browns
- 2 c. water
- 2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 pt. half & half
- Optional: Ham or possibly bacon
- Simmer potatoes, water, seasonings and vegetables till soft (6 hrs).
- Add in soup and cook awhile longer.
- Just before serving add in half & half.
- If this is too thick, add in 1 can evaporated lowfat milk.
- Optional: Add in ham or possibly bacon chunks.
- (If you start this in AM ready for supper.)
