Poppers with a twist
- 12 habaneros
- 12 jalapeno peppers
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese (shredded)
- Doning latex gloves, cut tops off of habaneros.
- Dice very fine as they will be stuffed in the jalapeno for a fiery surprise.
- Mix your shredded pepper jack, finely diced habaneros and cream cheese in bowl.
- Cut tops off of jalapenos, slice in half and remove pith and seeds.
- Stuff jalapenos with cheese and habanero mixture.
- Wrap with some thick cut bacon, stab a toothpick in it and grill it up.
