Poppers with a twist

  1. Doning latex gloves, cut tops off of habaneros.
  2. Dice very fine as they will be stuffed in the jalapeno for a fiery surprise.
  3. Mix your shredded pepper jack, finely diced habaneros and cream cheese in bowl.
  4. Cut tops off of jalapenos, slice in half and remove pith and seeds.
  5. Stuff jalapenos with cheese and habanero mixture.
  6. Wrap with some thick cut bacon, stab a toothpick in it and grill it up.
