Tin Roof Squares

  1. Mix OREO Pieces and butter; press evenly onto bottoms of two parchment paper-lined half-sheet pans (or onto bottom of one pan for trial recipe).
  2. Refrigerate while preparing topping.
  3. Beat dry pudding mix, powdered sugar and boiling water until thickened and well blended.
  4. Spread over cookie bases.
  5. Top with peanuts and marshmallows; press gently into pudding mixture.
  6. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Cut into 2-1/2-inch squares to serve.
