Tin Roof Squares
- 2-1/2 qt. OREO Pieces-Small
- 1-1/2 cups butter, melted
- 3-1/2 cups JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 2 qt. powdered sugar
- 2 cups boiling water
- 3 cups cocktail peanuts, chopped
- 1-1/4 qt. miniature marshmallows
- - semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
- Mix OREO Pieces and butter; press evenly onto bottoms of two parchment paper-lined half-sheet pans (or onto bottom of one pan for trial recipe).
- Refrigerate while preparing topping.
- Beat dry pudding mix, powdered sugar and boiling water until thickened and well blended.
- Spread over cookie bases.
- Top with peanuts and marshmallows; press gently into pudding mixture.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into 2-1/2-inch squares to serve.
