Toasted Winter Squash Seeds
- 2 cups Winter Squash Seeds (rinsed And Dried)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Pre-heat oven to 275F.
- Remove seeds from you favorite winter squash, then rinse and dry them.
- Toss seeds with salt and olive oil in a medium sized bowl then spread out evenly on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil.
- Bake on the top shelf of your oven for 45 minutes.
- Allow to fully cool before serving.
