Toasted Winter Squash Seeds

  1. Pre-heat oven to 275F.
  2. Remove seeds from you favorite winter squash, then rinse and dry them.
  3. Toss seeds with salt and olive oil in a medium sized bowl then spread out evenly on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil.
  4. Bake on the top shelf of your oven for 45 minutes.
  5. Allow to fully cool before serving.
