Apple Butter Cake with Beer and Honey

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
  3. Add apple butter, orange juice, and honey; mix well.
  4. Toss raisins and walnuts in a small amount of the flour.
  5. Add sifted, combined dry ingredients alternately with beer, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
  6. Stir in the flour-coated raisins and walnuts.
  7. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt cake pan.
  8. Bake at 325F for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  9. Dust top and sides with confectioners sugar.
