Burritos
- 1 lb. lean ground meat
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 can chili (with or without beans)
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- salt and pepper
- flour tortillas
- grated cheese
- shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, cubed
- Brown meat; add seasonings and taco seasoning mix.
- Add soup and refried beans to the meat mixture (will be soupy, but thick). Heat tortillas on both sides in a little butter until soft (easy to roll).
- Put meat mixture in shell and roll up.
- Place in foil to keep warm.
- Heat chili in separate pan; add water to make sauce.
- When serving burritos, serve with chili sauce, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, grated cheese, sour cream, etc.
- Any burritos not eaten may be frozen (I normally use plastic wrap, then I can reheat in the microwave).
