9-Grain Bread
- 2 c. water
- 3/4 c. molasses
- 1 cube margarine
- 3 pkg. RapidRise yeast
- 1 c. dry milk powder
- 3 c. white flour
- 3 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 c. 9-Grain cereal (uncooked)
- Combine in 4-cup measuring cup the 2 cups water, molasses and margarine.
- Heat in microwave until margarine is melted; stir. Combine in large bowl the yeast, dry milk powder, flours and cereal.
- Stir to blend.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Place in lightly oiled large bowl and cover with towel or plastic wrap.
- Let rise until double in bulk. Punch down and knead.
- Shape into loaves and place in lightly oiled (or spray with Pam) bread pans.
- Let rise again until doubled in bulk.
- Place loaves in oven.
- Turn on oven to 350u0b0.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes depending on your oven and "doneness" taste.
