Veal Cutlets Italiano Recipe

  1. Dredge cutlets in flour and brown in skillet with oil.
  2. Place in large pyrex dish.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic pwdr and Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; add in tomatoes, tomato sauce, peppers and onion.
  4. Bake 45 min at 300 degrees.
  5. Then place a piece of mozzarella cheese on each cutlet and allow to heat, about 5 min.
