Baked Spareribs With Barbecue Sauce Recipe
- 1 x Rack of spareribs the Smaller and meatier the Are the better Salt and pepper
- 1 c. Ketchup
- 1 tsp Grated fresh ginger
- 4 tsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp Coriander, grnd
- 1.
- Preheat the oven to 425.
- 2.
- Bring a large kettle of water to a boil and add in the rack of spareribs.
- Parboil about 2 minutes., then drain.
- Pat dry with paper towels.
- 3.
- Place the spareribs on the rack in a roasting pan, meaty side up.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place in the oven and bake 30 minutes.

- Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

- Brush the spareribs with the sauce and bake 15 minutes.
