Mini Quiches Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) tube butterflake rolls
- 1 sm. pkg. breakfast sausage, cooked
- 4 ounce. Swiss cheese grated or possibly Cheddar or possibly both
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. light cream
- 2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
- Grease 24 miniature muffin c.. Divide each roll into halves and press into a muffin c. to make a shell.
- Distribute sausage, cheese and onion proportionately in shells.
- Mix egg and cream with salt and pepper and put 1 tsp.
- into each shell.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 min.
- Serve hot.
