Ground Beef Vegetable Fricassee Recipe

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  2. oil in skillet and saute/fry onions and celery till slightly softened.
  3. Add in beef and cook till mix turns gray.
  4. Blend in flour.
  5. Add in warm water and stir till thickened.
  6. Add in seasonings; cover and cook over low heat for about 30 min.
  7. Season again to taste.
  8. Serve in a nest of warm creamed potatoes.
  9. Yields 4 servings.
