My Husband Raves about This! Healty Stir-fried Ginger Pork with Onions

  1. Marinate the pork with the marinade ingredients, and let rest for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, slice the onion 5 mm thick and put into a heatproof dish.
  3. Cover and microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Combine the seasonings.
  5. (I added garlic to it in the photo.)
  6. Stir fry the pork, marinade and all.
  7. When the meat changes color, add the onion and seasonings.
  8. Simmer for 5 minutes or so and it's done!
