My Husband Raves about This! Healty Stir-fried Ginger Pork with Onions
- 200 to 250 grams Pork (pork loin for ginger pork, coarsely chopped off cuts, shabu shabu pork, or whatever you like!)
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 15 grams Grated ginger (tubed is OK)
- 1 clove worth Grated garlic
- 1/2 Grated onion
- 2 tbsp Sake, soy sauce, mirin
- Marinate the pork with the marinade ingredients, and let rest for at least 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, slice the onion 5 mm thick and put into a heatproof dish.
- Cover and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Combine the seasonings.
- (I added garlic to it in the photo.)
- Stir fry the pork, marinade and all.
- When the meat changes color, add the onion and seasonings.
- Simmer for 5 minutes or so and it's done!
