Pasta al Fresca
- 1 pound Penne Pasta
- 5 whole Tomatoes
- 1/2 whole Onion
- 1/4 cups Fresh Rosemary, Oregano, Basil, And Italian Parsley, Mixed And Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Mediterrainian Sea Salt, To Taste
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
- Feta Cheese
- 1.
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and toss with a splash of olive oil.

- While pasta is cooking, chop the tomatoes, onion, and herbs.
- Put into a bowl.
- 3.
- Drizzle 2 Tbs.
- of olive oil over the tomato mixture.
- Add garlic powder.
- Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir.
- 4.
- Dish pasta on to plates.
- Spoon tomato mixture over pasta.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top, using as much or as little as you prefer.
