Pasta al Fresca

  2. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and toss with a splash of olive oil.

  4. While pasta is cooking, chop the tomatoes, onion, and herbs.
  5. Put into a bowl.

  7. Drizzle 2 Tbs.
  8. of olive oil over the tomato mixture.
  9. Add garlic powder.
  10. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Stir.
  12. 4.
  13. Dish pasta on to plates.
  14. Spoon tomato mixture over pasta.
  15. Sprinkle feta cheese on top, using as much or as little as you prefer.
