Last minute green rainbow salad with honey mustard dressing
- 1 box baby butter head lettuce, wash and shredded
- 1 large carrot, peeled of the skin and cut in to one inch or as your desire.
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut in to florets and boil for 1 minutes in salted water
- 1 cup black olive cut in to half
- 1/2 packages feta cheese, cut in to small piece
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- dash salt and pepper
- Put all the salad in mixed bowl,
- Mixed all the dressing
- Mixed the salad and the dressing, rainbow salad is ready to serve
