Savory Cheesy Stuffing Cups
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cups celery, chopped
- 1-1/2 qt. water
- 2 qt. STOVE TOP Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix, Flex Prep
- 1-1/3 cups dried cranberries
- 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1-1/2 qt. KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Shred, divided
- 4 each eggs, beaten
- Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat.
- Add celery; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add water; bring to boil.
- Remove from heat; stir in stuffing mix, cranberries and nuts.
- Add 1 qt.
- cheese (or 1 cup cheese for trial recipe) and eggs; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 32 greased 2-1/2-inch muffin cups (or into 8 greased muffin cups for trial recipe), mounding mixture as necessary to fit; top with remaining cheese.
- Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 10 min.
