Savory Cheesy Stuffing Cups

  1. Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add celery; cook and stir 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Add water; bring to boil.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in stuffing mix, cranberries and nuts.
  6. Add 1 qt.
  7. cheese (or 1 cup cheese for trial recipe) and eggs; mix lightly.
  8. Spoon into 32 greased 2-1/2-inch muffin cups (or into 8 greased muffin cups for trial recipe), mounding mixture as necessary to fit; top with remaining cheese.
  9. Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 10 min.
  10. or until heated through.
