Fresh Corn and Cheddar Flatbread

  3. Add corn, chopped green chile, cheddar, egg white, and half of the green onion to a bowl.
  4. Stir until well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. Lay the pita on a baking sheet.
  8. Spread the corn mixture onto the pita and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is crisp and golden.
  9. Top with the remaining green onion and a dollop of sour cream.
