Quick and Easy Crock Pot Burrito Meat

  1. Cut fat off medium pot roast.
  2. Rub with taco seasoning.
  3. Place roast in crock pot, fat side up.
  4. Top with chiles and onion.
  5. Cook all day on low - 8-10 hours.
  6. Turn to high first or last few hours of cooking.
  7. In pot, shred meat with fork and mix into juice.
