White Burgundy Punch
- 2 oranges, juice and rind
- 2 lemons, juice and rind
- 1 14 cups water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 14 cup sugar
- 2 (750 ml) bottles white burgundy
- 1 cup brandy
- crushed ice
- Place the orange and lemon rind in a saucepan together with the water, honey and sugar.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, then strain into a punch bowl.
- Add the juice from the fruit, the wine, brandy, and crushed ice, garnish with slices of orange and lemon, chill until needed.
