Lynn's Chicken Tetrazzini
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 8 ounces thin spaghetti, cooked
- Cook vegetables in broth until tender.
- Add soups and chicken.
- Stir in noodles.
- Add mozzarella and stir in until blended.
- Grease a 9x13 casserole and pour mixture in pan.
- Bake on 350 for 20 minutes.
- Top with cheddar and bake 15 minutes more.
