Curried Sweet Potato Mash
- 4 lb. (1.8 kg) sweet potatoes (about 4), peeled, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1 cup Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Product
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Place potatoes in large saucepan.
- Add enough water to completely cover potatoes.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 to 15 min.
- or until potatoes are tender.
- Drain.
- Beat potatoes with electric mixer 1 min.
- Add cream cheese product, curry and salt; beat until smooth.
