Larb, Pork

  1. mix 1/2 lime juice with ground pork.
  2. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Heart a pan on high until very hot.
  4. add water, then the pork and stir.
  5. keep stirring until the pork is done.
  6. put the sauce ingredients in a bowl large enough to hold everything, including the pork.
  7. mix together.
  8. add pork to sauce in bowl, mix well
  9. taste.
  10. it should be a little spicy and tart.
  11. modify fish sauce or lime and required.
  12. best to serve with rice, and can do a lettuce wrap our rice bowl thing.
