So Simple, but so Delicious Marinated Beef Tenderloin!
- 5 ounces light soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 14 teaspoon ginger
- 1 pinch garlic
- 2 lbs beef tenderloin
- mushroom (optional)
- Mix all ingredients (except tenderloin) together in small sauce pan and heat through.
- Marinate tenderloin for a minimum of 4 hours, turning every hour or so.
- You may also marinate over night in the refrigerator.
- Heat oven to 350.
- Bake tenderloin, basting every 15 minutes, for 45 minutes.
- You may add mushrooms the last 15 min., if desired.
