Ham-Pineapple Wraps
- 4- 1/2 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 6 ounces, weight Pineapple Tidbits
- 2 whole 10" Tortillas
- 8 slices Deli Ham
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and pineapple tidbits with a fork, breaking up the pineapple as much as possible.
- Spread half of the mixture on a tortilla.
- Cover with ham slices.
- (4 should be enough per tortilla.)
- Roll up the tortilla and slice off the end 1/2 or so of uneven rolled tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla in a sheet of cling wrap.
- Repeat with the other tortilla and remaining fillings.
