Hattie's Easy Refrigerator Rolls Recipe
- 2 yeast cakes (or possibly env.)
- 1 c. cool water
- 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 c. warm water
- 6 c. flour
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- Mix yeast and cool water; set aside.
- Cream 3/4 c. Crisco, 1/2 c. sugar and salt.
- Add in 1 c. Warm water and 2 c. flour alternately with 2 Large eggs.
- Cold.
- Add in yeast mix and 4 more c. of flour.
- Pour in well oiled bowl to rise till doubled in bulk.
- Work down and put in refrigerator in covered bowl.
- Use as needed.
