Batata Talasani (Spicy Potato Straws) Recipe
- 4 Tbsp. Sunflower oil
- 2 tsp Garlic, crushed
- 6 lrg Potatoes, peeled and cut into thin chips Salt
- 1 tsp Chilli pwdr
- Heat the oil in a wok.
- Add in the garlic and stir for half a minute.
- Add in the potato chips and stir-fry till translucent/soft.
- Add in the salt and chilli pwdr and mix well.
- Then add in a little water and cook on a low heat till the potatoes are done to your satisfaction.
- Serve warm with rotis or possibly as a spicy alternative to chips.
