chewy rolo cookies

• 3 oz light brown sugar
• 4 oz margarine
• 6 oz self raising flour
• 2 tbsp golden syrup
• 2 tbsp milk
• 4 oz rolos

1. preheat oven to 180c
2. beat marg and sugar together till creamed
3. mix in the flour golden syrup milk and rolos till combined
4. then either use teaspoons to place mixture onto a greased baking tray or use dessert spoons for bigger cookies
5. takes between 8 to ten mins to hake and about five mins to prepare

light brown sugar, margarine, flour, golden syrup, milk, rolos
