Crunchy Coleslaw

• 2 cups chopped green cabbage
• 1 medium red apple, cored and chopped (leave peel on)
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 12 cup pineapple yogurt or 12 cup lemon yogurt
• 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

1. Place cabbage in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Mix in apple, marshmallows, lemon juice and yogurt.
3. Sprinkle with nuts and chill.
