Kir Royale Mold

  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Refrigerate 15 min.
  4. Stir in club soda and liqueur.
  5. Refrigerate 30 min.
  6. or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
  7. Gently stir in raspberries.
  8. Pour into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
  9. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  10. Unmold onto serving plate just before serving.
  11. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
