Chocolate Trees (Decoration)

  1. Using parchment or waxed paper draw an outline of 12 x 3 1/2 inch (9 cm) (Christmas) trees.
  2. Turn paper over
  3. Over top of a double boiler melt the chopped chocolate.
  4. Pour melted chocolate into a pastry or plastic bag (or anything that will help you control the melted chocolate)
  5. Pipe the melted chocolate within the drawn outlines in a lacy or solid pattern.
  6. Refrigerate until firm for approx 30 minute.
  7. Use as garnish or treats.
