Second Time Around Mushroom Pizza
- 1 or 2 (8inch) "Boboli" pizza crusts or, 2 (6inch) pita breads or, 2 (10 to 12inch) burrito size tortillas
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup cooked mushrooms
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled or shredded cheese like Mozzarella, goat, Ricotta or extra sharp Cheddar
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Set the dough (of choice) on a baking sheet.
- Spread the sauce over the top, then dot with mushrooms and cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
