• 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp. minced parsley
• 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 3 tbsp. safflower or possibly vegetable oil
• Dash of Tabasco
