Chili Roasted Peanuts Recipe
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tbsp. dry red pepper flakes
- 2 lbs. salted peanuts
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat.
- Add in garlic and pepper flakes and cook 1 minute.
- Add in peanuts and stir to combine.
- Transfer peanuts to baking sheet.
- Bake till slightly browned, about 10 min.
- Sprinkle with chili pwdr and toss to combine.
- Cold completely.
- Cover and store in airtight container at least 8 hrs.
