creamy mushrooms gnocchi with wagyu beef

  1. GNOCCHI
  2. boil whole potatoes with salt until soften then peel
  3. mash potatoes not so smooth add 125g of plain flour and mix well
  4. flour the table
  5. take 1/2 hand full of dough roll between hand until 1/2 inch thickness continue rolling all the dough
  6. cut the rolled dough into 1 inch long use a back of a folk press down on one side to design the gnocchi
  7. lightly flour the gnocchi so it doesn't stick
  8. put gnocchi aside
  9. simmer water with a large pot for the gnocchi
  10. CREAMY MASHROOMS SAUCE
  11. slice onion & mushrooms crush garlic and chop
  12. saute onion & garlic and then add mushrooms, , thickened cream, milk and a cup of water salt & pepper and simmer until thickened set it to aside
  13. STEAK
  14. season steak salt, pepper, oil make sure steak at room temperature
  15. oil frying pan heat until almost smokey then cook steak medium heat for 3 minutes then turn cook for 2 minutes add 2 nob of butter & thyme then cook for 1 and a half minutes for medium rare
  16. rest steak for 5 minutes
  17. put gnocchi in the simmer water pot when the gnocchi floats it's ready
  18. add gnocchi to the sauce and bring it to a simmer
  19. slice steak on a angle
  20. dish up
  21. enjoy
