Double Chocolate Caramel Brownies Recipe
- 1 German choc. mix
- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- 2/3 c. evap. lowfat milk
- 1 (16 ounce.) bag caramels
- 1 (6 ounce.) bag choc. chips
- Minced pecans
- Mix together German chocolate cake mix, 3/4 c. butter and 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk.
- Batter will be thick.
- Spread half of batter into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 6 min.
- While which is baking, heat caramels and 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk over medium heat stirring often.
- Pour caramel over baked portion of brownies.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
- Then drop remaining batter by teaspoonfuls over the top of brownies.
- Bake 18 min at 350 degrees.
