Tuscan White Bean Spread

  1. Combine beans, yogurt, Italian seasoning, and garlic in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until combined.
  3. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve at room temperature with toasted baguette or water crackers.
