Pork and Tofu Stir-Fry

  1. Drain tofu pieces on several layers of paper towels.
  2. Brown onions in skillet with canola oil.
  3. Add mushrooms and bean sprouts and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
  4. Add pork and cook for 3 - 4 minutes or until no longer pink.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine oyster sauce and water and add to pork mixture.
  6. Cook and stir well until mixture thickens.
  7. Gently fold in tofu and green onions.
  8. Heat through.
  9. Serve immediately over rice.
