Strawberry-Vanilla Mini Pies

  1. Mix both Jell-O packages, milk and fruit salad juice in a medium sauce pan; bring mixture to a boil and cook until it thickens.
  2. Refrigerate to chill for about 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
  4. mix the crust mix and water together; form into 12 evenly sized balls.
  5. Roll each into a mini pie crust and place in the muffin pan.
  6. Fill each crust 3/4 full with filling.
  7. Bake at 325F for 15 to 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle the fruit salad on top.
  9. Chill until cool.
  10. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving.
