Strawberry-Vanilla Mini Pies
- 1 box (9 oz.) Jiffy Pie Crust Mix
- 5 tbsp. water
- 1 pkg. (4-5/8 oz.) Jell-O Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jell-O Sugar-Free Strawberry Pudding Mix
- 1 can (15 oz.) Queen's Pride Tropical Fruit Salad (optional)
- 2 cups milk
- Mix both Jell-O packages, milk and fruit salad juice in a medium sauce pan; bring mixture to a boil and cook until it thickens.
- Refrigerate to chill for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
- mix the crust mix and water together; form into 12 evenly sized balls.
- Roll each into a mini pie crust and place in the muffin pan.
- Fill each crust 3/4 full with filling.
- Bake at 325F for 15 to 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Sprinkle the fruit salad on top.
- Chill until cool.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving.
